SALARY: £65,385-£72,650

LOCATIONS: Bristol, London or Edinburgh

HOURS: Full-Time

WORKING PATTERN: Our work style is hybrid, which involves spending at least two days per week or 40% of your time at one of our office sites, joining team members in Bristol, London or Edinburgh

You’ll play a key role in developing and applying cutting-edge analytical techniques, from machine learning to market insight, all while working in a supportive environment that values curiosity, creativity and continuous learning.

Key Accountabilities

  • Develop and enhance analytics and insights into market trends, client behaviours and growth opportunities

  • Partner with stakeholders to embed data-driven decision-making across initiatives, tools and campaigns

  • Deliver actionable insights that support client engagement, proposition development and strategic planning

  • Collaborate with data engineering teams to build and maintain robust data and analytics assets

  • Contribute to wider Commercial Bank and Group-level projects, bringing analytical expertise to the table

  • Stay ahead of emerging technologies and analytical methods to continuously improve our capabilities

What You’ll Need

  • Proven experience delivering analytical solutions to business problems in a commercial setting

  • Strong skills in SQL or Teradata and experience working with large datasets

  • Experience using visualisation tools such as Power BI or Tableau

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex analysis clearly to non-technical audiences

  • A collaborative mindset and the ability to build strong relationships across teams

  • A desire to grow your technical skillset in line with our Cloud Strategy
