  • JOB TITLE: Digital Marketing Manager

  • SALARY: £65,385-£72,650

  • LOCATION(S): Watford

  • HOURS: Full-time

  • WORKING PATTERN: Our work style is hybrid, which involves spending at least two days per week, or 40% of our time, at our Watford office.

About this Opportunity

This role is taking ownership for all digital marketing initiatives including Email marketing, website optimisation, PPC, SEO, SEM and Lead Generation at Tusker. By Identify and optimise growth strategies across our online channels, including competitive impression share and reach with the integrated digital marketing plan for B2B and B2C markets, in line with the overall Marketing Strategy and in agreement with partners.

What you’ll need

  • Minimum 5 years Digital Marketing experience in managing Social Media platforms with a good understanding of SEO, and monitoring tools and blogging platforms.

  • Experience in developing digital marketing plans with a proven ability to plan and prioritise work with the ability to work well under pressure

  • Strong organising skills and attention to detail with good communications and relationship building skills with the ability to manage internal and external partners with ease

  • Solution orientated and a keen problem solver with a flexible, positive and pragmatic approach

  • Always looking for innovative ways of working, with a “learn and improve” mentality

  • Preferably holds a digital marketing degree or qualification

And any experience of these would be really useful

  • Regular review of digital analytics to identify trends and insights to inform future activity

  • Using digital tools, identification of website optimisation opportunities to increase order penetration

  • Expertise in digital marketing channels and software such as CMS, ContentSquare, MarketingCloud, google Analytics

  • Management of online lead generation, digital advertising and email communications across our B2B and B2C customer base

  • Management and mentor of digital marketing team

  • Monthly Digital reporting to measure key performance metrics including website traffic, audience engagement, logins, account creations

  • Manage digital marketing budget

  • Overall responsibility for Social Media profile and presence including LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram
