About this opportunity

Join us as we transform Lloyds Bank Corporate Markets (LBCM) Crown Dependencies and shape our compliance and regulatory future. We’re investing in our people, processes, and technology to make LBCM Crown Dependencies a great place to work — for everyone, including you.

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and driven Economic Crime Strategy, Change and Digitalisation Manager to support and lead Economic Crime Prevention (ECP) change and digitalisation initiatives. This role is key to delivering new and enhanced ECP processes and controls that help protect our business.

You’ll be part of a collaborative and inclusive team within the Crown Dependencies Risk function, working in a fast-paced and evolving environment. You’ll have the opportunity to apply your expertise to support business growth — and we’ll support your continued development in return.

What you’ll be doing

Develop and deliver strategic plans aligned with LBCM’s goals and priorities.

  • Lead and manage change initiatives to ensure effective implementation across Crown Dependencies businesses in relation to ECP.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders to gain support for strategic initiatives. This includes communicating the vision, addressing risks, and acting as a link between Group and Crown Dependencies stakeholders.
  • Identify and manage risks associated with initiatives, ensuring timely escalation where needed.
  • Inspire and lead your team by setting clear expectations, offering support, and fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with risk and control owners to deliver action plans arising from self-assessments, second-line reviews, Group Audit, or regulatory feedback.
  • Review the efficiency of the ECP environment using a variety of data sources, pinpointing opportunities for improvement.
  • Support the development of automated and robotic solutions to optimise and streamline the ECP environment.
  • Maintain high standards of data quality and ensure timely reporting on project performance and outcomes.

Why Lloyds Banking Group?

We’re on an exciting journey and there couldn’t be a better time to join us. The investments we’re making in our people, data, and technology are leading to innovative projects, fresh possibilities, and countless new ways for our people to work, learn, and thrive.

What you’ll need

  • Experience in shaping and delivering ECP strategy and change governance, including the use of digital tools to enhance ECP design and processes.
  • A strong track record of leading transformational change programmes that simplify and improve ECP processes and controls.
  • Practical experience in data-led control management and implementation.
  • Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to prepare data reports and maintain standardised risk and control process maps.
  • Confidence in developing control tooling solutions that support automation and optimisation.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess and enhance control effectiveness.
  • A growth mindset, with a passion for learning and supporting the development of others.
  • The ability to build rapport, inspire confidence, and gain commitment through authentic leadership.
  • Experience with cloud computing, artificial intelligence, and automation is an advantage.
