JOB TITLE: Assistant Marketing Manager – Content Marketing Team (9 month fixed term contract)
SALARY: From £39,825
LOCATION(S): Halifax or Chester
HOURS: Full time
WORKING PATTERN: Hybrid, 40% (or two days) in an office site

Strategic Planning & Marketing Expertise - Validated experience in planning and delivering multiple marketing communications briefs simultaneously, with strong prioritisation skills.
Customer-Centric Attitude - Passionate about doing the right thing for customers, with evidence of creating effective digital journeys and content that enhance customer experience.
Data-Driven Decision Making - Skilled in analysing and interpreting data using tools like Adobe Analytics, Content Square, Excel, and Power BI to inform recommendations.
Clear & Accurate Communication - Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on clarity, accuracy, and attention to detail.
Collaborative Collaborator Engagement - Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong working relationships across teams and collaborators.
Reliable & Positive Team Player - Known for a proactive, can-do attitude, reliability, and strong organisational skills within team environments.
You’ll have a supporting role within the Content Marketing Team, running delivery of the plan that is making a positive difference for our customers within an energising environment where you can work at pace, be your whole and best self, adding value and improvements to the customer experience.
