  • Represent the team in governance and cross-functional forums, providing thought leadership and ensuring transparency and accountability.

What You’ll Need

  • A passion for influencing change across complex environments to deliver results

  • A strategic mentality with the ability to translate technical and data driven insights into business outcomes.

  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to bring to life complexity and influence at senior levels.

  • A dedication to developing people, building capability, and promoting an inclusive and high-performing culture.

  • Experience working with industry-leading screening tools such as Fircosoft.

And any experience of these would be really useful

  • Leading economic crime prevention teams within financial services.
