Hours: Full time

Working Pattern: Our work style is hybrid, which involves spending at least two days per week, or 40% of your time, at our Leeds office.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Collaborate with engineers, product owners and architects to deliver new features and functionality
  • Integrate new technologies to enhance platform performance and reduce latency
  • Coordinate the delivery of complex technical components across teams and suppliers
  • Manage stakeholder relationships, planning, resourcing, budgeting and governance
  • Promote agile methodologies and empower teams to focus on the right problems
  • Ensure product safety and resilience through backlog management and technical oversight

What you’ll need:

  • Proven experience delivering technical programmes across application and infrastructure within UK Financial services
  • Solid understanding of the Software Delivery Life Cycle including service introduction
  • Expertise in change delivery subject areas such as planning, budgeting and risk management
  • A data-led approach to decision making and communicating complex ideas
  • Experience leading agile teams and fostering a culture of collaboration and trust
  • Confirmed ability to influence multiple internal and external stakeholders to ensure progression of key business decisions
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across all levels
