About this opportunity

We're looking for a Performance Director to lead our Executive Reporting & Insight (ER&I) team within the Commercial Performance team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join the senior leadership team and play a key role in shaping how Business & Commercial Banking (BCB) tells its performance story.

You’ll lead a dedicated team of Exec Performance Managers and Data Analysts, helping to deliver clear, timely, and meaningful insight that supports decision-making at the highest levels of the Group. Your work will directly influence how BCB’s progress is understood and communicated - and you’ll help build future-ready capabilities across data, insight, and partner engagement.

Key Accountabilities:

• Lead the delivery of BCB’s executive performance reporting, including Balanced Scorecard metrics, Board submissions, and strategic commitments.
• Develop a team of Executive Performance Managers and Data Analysts, ensuring alignment to strategic goals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and positioning the team as a trusted source of executive-level performance intelligence.
• Build and maintain a strong collaborator network across BCB, CP&E, and Group functions to ensure a deep understanding of performance drivers, headwinds, and tailwinds.
• Support the design and implementation of performance frameworks, including the integration of new technologies and methodologies to improve productivity and customer outcomes.
• Uphold a strong risk and control culture, ensuring compliance with Group policies and timely resolution of audit actions.
