Job description

JOB TITLE: Business Manager - CIB International (FTC/ Secondment)

LOCATIONS:  London

SALARY: £70,929 to £78,810

HOURS: Full-Time

WORKING PATTERN: Our work style is hybrid, which involves spending at least two days per week or 40% of your time at one of our office sites

Additional Information: This is a 6 month contract opportunity.

What you'll be doing

  • Manage the delivery of business support services or supplier relationships to ensure alignment with strategic goals

  • Manage budget responsibilities and contribute to financial planning and analysis

  • Act as a business partner to internal customers, supporting their needs and building strong relationships

  • Analyse data and identify trends to inform decision-making and improve business outcomes

  • Lead small to medium-scale projects within an established change programme

  • Recommend and implement improvements to policies, processes and practices

What you'll need

  • Experience in business support or operational delivery within a large organisation

  • Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills

  • Ability to analyse data and translate insights into actionable recommendations

  • Proven track record of delivering projects or change initiatives

  • Understanding of compliance, governance and risk management frameworks

  • A proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and collaboration
