Job description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Associate Proposition Director in Driving, leading and delivering the right product outcomes , you will also be asked to engage and support with other product areas and Crown Dependency teams . 
  • Applying insights, from client and stakeholder in supporting the development our product and client service offering alongside improving our current internal processes.
  • Leading on required product governance related matters, including delivering written papers and presentations.
  • Business partner liaison and management; ensuring these relationships are positive and constantly improve our connectivity and reputation across the Group & external clients.
  • Driving simplification of our business, through proactive and pace led change.
  • Ensure compliance with policies and guidelines together with all relevant regulatory and statutory requirements, implementing and tracking actions to safeguard the business.
  • Champion our culture, proactively developing yourself and others talent to develop an inclusive organisation.

What we need from you?

  • Highly organised, working at pace, effective planning and prioritisation skills.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to work at pace and manage conflicting priorities.
  • Excellent presentation and writing skills.
  • Great interpersonal and relationship building skills, coupled with the confidence and creativity to communicate to a range of audiences including senior executives.
  • Demonstrate initiative and independently complete assigned tasks.
  • Knowledge of the Crown Dependencies and their local regulatory requirements is desired but not essential.
