  • HOURS: Full-time

  • WORKING PATTERN: Our work style is hybrid, which involves spending at least two days per week or 40% of our time at our Watford office.

What you’ll need

  • Experience of creating and build strong commercial relationships with dealers, suppliers and internal key partners to supervise and review the dealer network including discounts, rebates and performance to ensure we achieve the best commercial terms and service delivery

  • Primary point of contact for dealers, addressing queries, resolving issues, and complaints as necessary and working closely with internal teams (e.g. Start of Contract, Asset Manager, Finance and Vehicle Operations/Aftersales) to support our goods and services

  • Lead the interactions with selected dealers involved in vehicle supply to maintain alignment with company goals and uphold high-quality customer service standards

  • Evaluates dealers based on factors like quality, delivery time, cost, and adherence to standards, monitoring dealer performance data and conducting regular reviews to pinpoint areas for refinement

  • Collaborate with dealers to find opportunities for continuous improvement and a win/win partnership i.e. referrals and provide feedback and recommendations to suppliers to improve their service and maintain and encourage effective communication between dealers and internal teams to resolve issues

  • Ensure SLA’s are relevant, amended where necessary and revisions are accepted and prepare and present reports on dealer performance, issues, and trends

  • Analyse dealer performance data to highlight key areas of success and opportunities for further improvement and address promptly with dealers any OEM campaigns i.e. recalls thus ensuring a swift resolution and that drivers aren’t inconvenience

  • Proactively identify and manage dealer risks, including disruptions, quality or performance issues, and changes in supplier capabilities and develop and implement damage control processes to minimize risk and ensure continuation of supply

And any experience of these would be really useful

  • Experience of set up in Back Office for new dealers and the ongoing maintenance of supplier information

  • Responsible for identifying and selecting suppliers to provide stock, based on their reliability to ensure best in market service delivery, that they fully meet our operational needs

  • Identify any shortcomings in existing procedures and systems, provide change support. Work with HO CX, Order/ Deliveries and Asset Manager to ensure Ebbon is continually maintained and improved for Tusker needs

  • Work alongside the HOD with supporting supplier evaluations and any tender processes required to appoint new suppliers
