Diversity and inclusion is central to the business success of all Lloyds Banking Group’s brands including Lloyds Bank. Our customer base is very diverse and we need to ensure that we understand and can meet their needs if we are to be successful. Reflecting the diversity of the UK in our own workforce helps us to achieve that goal.
