In June 2016 the Financial Conduct Authority changed their requirements in relation to the reporting of complaints, asking the industry to publish everything received under their definition of a complaint, designed to provide more transparency for consumers.  This update is reflected for complaints published from the second half of 2016 onwards and data published previous to this date falls under older reporting requirements and as such are not comparable to post June 2016 reports.
