We’re undertaking a digital transformation and investing substantially in our people, processes, technology and data.

People

Our investment is in people first, as we believe it is a highly skilled workforce that will make our transformation a reality. To enable this, we’ve changed our ratio of tech and data permanent workers from 30% to 60%.

Processes

We know process can hold back even the most skilled engineers. Which is why we’re evolving the way we work to be more agile and more product led. 100% of change is now delivered through agile.

Technology

We’re simplifying our systems, so one system can do the job of many, and modernising the legacy systems that no longer serve us or our customers. 50% of our applications are on the cloud and we’ve reduced data centres by 40%.
