  • JOB TITLE: Workplace Experience Operations Associate.
  • SALARY: £25,517
  • LOCATION(S): Leeds, Edinburgh or Bristol
  • WORKING PATTERN: This is a hybrid role with an expectation that 40% of your time will be spent in one of our Office Hub Locations.

We’re looking for customer centric people that’ll take ownership of LBG workplace experiences. You’ll need to have passion for customer service and be a workplace role model driving LBG culture within our workplaces.

It’s our goal to ensure our buildings are safe, secure, have a sense of community and are places that colleagues love to work.

Day to day, you’ll:

  • Support the Retail Operations team in the delivery of strategic initiatives
  • Act as the first pillar of support for the Branch Workplace Experience Managers, handling data and applying it to inform decisions within the team
  • Help to create accurate and informative communications for a variety of audiences and partners
  • Empower colleagues to make the most of branch spaces by liaising with our 3rd Party FM Partner Mitie to resolve issues

What we're looking for:

  • You have good partner management skills and can build relationships with those around you quickly – understanding needs and putting others at ease.

And any experience of these would be beneficial:

  • You have existing experience in utilising Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint for the completion of regular tasks
  • You have knowledge of Health & Safety in the workplace.
  • You have an AI-first attitude and are comfortable working with Microsoft CoPilot to assist in ideation and the completion of tasks
  • You think differently to others – Able to demonstrate an entrepreneurial and innovative approach to your role.
  • You have experience listening to colleagues through a variety of methods
