This is a unique opportunity to work at the heart of our lending operations, delivering exceptional outcomes for high-value clients while helping shape the future of our lending proposition.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Proactively manage and develop relationships with key internal stakeholders, acting as a trusted business partner.

  • Identify and resolve shortcomings in compliance and distribution processes to enhance customer service.

  • Collaborate with lending colleagues to manage important external introducer relationships.

  • Build and maintain a productive working relationship with Wealth Credit Risk to support the delivery of outstanding customer outcomes.

  • Provide input into the development of improved procedures to enhance the customer lending journey.

  • Offer operational support to senior managers through non-routine activities using established programmes and protocols.

What we’re looking for:

  • A thorough understanding of the UK residential property market and the services that support it.

  • A commitment to personal development and the ability to coach or guide others in role-specific areas.

  • A customer-first mindset, ensuring optimal solutions are delivered at the first point of contact.

  • Confidence in seeking and acting on customer feedback using prescribed systems and processes.

  • A collaborative approach to sharing best practices across the organisation.

About working for us

Our ambition is to be the leading UK business for diversity, equity and inclusion supporting our customers, colleagues and communities, and we’re committed to creating an environment in which everyone can thrive, learn and develop.

We were one of the first major organisations to set goals on diversity in senior roles, create a menopause health package, and a dedicated Working with Cancer Initiative.

We offer reasonable workplace adjustments for colleagues with disabilities, including flexibility in office attendance, location and working patterns. And, as a Disability Confident Leader, we guarantee interviews for a fair and proportionate number of applicants who meet the minimum criteria for the role with a disability, long-term health or neurodivergent condition through the Disability Confident Scheme.

We provide reasonable adjustments throughout the recruitment process to reduce or remove barriers. Just let us know what you need.

We also offer a wide-ranging benefits package, which includes:

  • A generous pension contribution of up to 15%

  • An annual bonus award, subject to Group performance

  • Share schemes including free shares

  • Benefits you can adapt to your lifestyle, such as discounted shopping

  • 30 days’ holiday, with bank holidays on top

  • A range of wellbeing initiatives and generous parental leave policies
