About this opportunity

We’re looking for an Associate Director to join the Transactional Structuring team within Transaction Banking Solutions (TBS). • Coordinating the structuring and execution of transactions, including client engagement, credit discussions, legal negotiations, and completion.
  • Assisting in the execution of Transaction Banking Solutions products across trade and payments.
  • Acting as a trusted partner to clients and internal stakeholders, advising on the implementation and impact of Transaction Banking Solutions.
  • Maintaining strong internal relationships across relationship teams, credit, delivery, and product partners.
  • Identifying cross-sell opportunities and introducing relevant TBS product specialists.
  • Building external relationships with professional advisors (e.g. legal, debt advisory, diligence providers).
  • Supporting the development and mentoring of junior colleagues.
  • Ensuring compliance with group policy and regulatory requirements, while identifying and mitigating commercial risks.
