About This Opportunity:

Are you ready to be part of a team undergoing an exciting transformation? At Lloyds Banking Group, we’re reimagining how we use data to deliver better outcomes for our customers and colleagues. Our multi-functional teams are empowered to bring technology to the forefront of our business, creating innovative products and services that make a real difference. You’ll be joining a collaborative and forward-thinking environment where your ideas and expertise will help influence our future.

As part of the Commercial & Institutional Banking (CIB) division, you’ll work alongside architecture, engineering and business communities to build sustainable data products and embed a strong data culture. We’re committed to equal opportunity, flexible working and career progression, and we’ll support your personal and professional development every step of the way. If you’re a strategic thinker with a passion for data innovation, this is your chance to make a lasting impact.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Own the strategy, design and delivery of sustainable consumption data products that drive measurable outcomes.
  • Define and implement scalable frameworks that support reuse, interoperability and long-term value.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align data products with business priorities and user needs.
  • Champion data product adoption across CIB to enable data-driven decision-making and operational efficiency.
  • Develop and implement a Data Culture strategy that promotes awareness, literacy and engagement.
  • Ensure governance, compliance and ethical standards are embedded throughout the data product lifecycle.

Why Lloyds Banking Group:

Like the modern Britain we serve, we're evolving. Investing billions in our people, data, and tech to transform the way we meet the ever-changing needs of our 26 million customers. We're growing with purpose. Join us on our journey and you will too.

What you’ll need:

  • Confirmed experience designing and delivering scalable data products in a regulated environment.
  • Strong understanding of data product lifecycle management and modern data platforms.
  • Expertise in data strategy, governance and metadata management.
  • Ability to translate business needs into data product requirements and measurable outcomes.
  • Experience driving data culture initiatives and behavioural change.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication and leadership skills.

About working for us:

Our ambition is to be the top tier UK business for diversity, equity and inclusion supporting our customers, colleagues and communities, and we’re committed to creating an environment in which everyone can thrive, learn and develop.

We were one of the first major organisations to set goals on diversity in senior roles, create a menopause health package, and a dedicated Working with Cancer Initiative.

We offer reasonable workplace adjustments for colleagues with disabilities, including flexibility in office attendance, location and working patterns. And, as a Disability Confident Leader, we guarantee interviews for a fair and proportionate number of applicants who meet the minimum criteria for the role with a disability, long-term health or neurodivergent condition through the Disability Confident Scheme.

We provide reasonable adjustments throughout the recruitment process to reduce or remove barriers. Just let us know what you need.

We also offer a wide-ranging benefits package, which includes:

  • A generous pension contribution of up to 15%
