About this opportunity

This is an exciting time to join the Consumer Lending Cards Team to optimise our pricing strategy!

We value people who can develop and implement data led strategies based upon detailed analysis of customer profiles and behaviours.

This role is critical to delivering Credit Card pricing strategy which has a significant P&L impact. The analytical and data nature of the role is also aligned to the business target operating model.

What will I be doing?

  • You would be responsible for driving strategies to deliver simple, fair and transparent pricing across Lloyds, Halifax, Bank of Scotland and MBNA brands.

  • You’d collaborate with key partners from across the Cards Business as well as Marketing, Risk, Legal, Platform and Consumer Engagement to develop and maintain a deployment strategy.

  • Produce and present strategy proposals to senior management and governance forums

  • Support ad hoc pricing changes delivered within the team
