  • JOB TITLE: Roles & Permissions Coach
  • SALARY: £29,460
  • LOCATION(S): Edinburgh or Birmingham
  • HOURS: Full time – 35 hours Monday to Friday
  • WORKING PATTERN: Our work style is hybrid, which involves spending at least two days per week, or 40% of our time, at one of our office sites.

Join our team within the Business & Commercial Banking area, Your mission will be to build and champion colleague growth and understanding of the Mandates process. You'll be an ambassador for change, adopting new tools to enhance the client and colleague experience, and support your team in achieving their goals.

What you’ll need

  • Demonstrate Expertise in Business and Commercial Banking (BCB) Mandate Process: Provide in-depth knowledge and guidance on the BCB mandate process.
  • Understanding of the Permissions store: Oversight the inception of the permissions store, ensuring that the new journey is landed effectively and safely across all the Client, Permissions & Maintenance teams and wider Banking Operations.
  • Catalyst for Change: Act as a catalyst for change, driving continuous improvement in roles and permissions processes and fostering a culture of adaptability and innovation.
  • Strong Coaching Acumen: Provide coaching and mentoring to team members, helping them understand the processes, ensuring compliance to the training and competency scheme. Ensure appropriate risk controls are in place to support the mandates processing journey.
  • Ability to Give and Receive Feedback: Cultivate an environment of open communication, where constructive feedback is given and received with the aim of continuous improvement and professional growth.
