JOB TITLE: CRM Design Senior Manager.
SALARY: £83,411pa to £98,130pa plus an extensive benefits package.
LOCATION: Bristol or Halifax.
HOURS: 35 hours per week.
WORKING PATTERN: Hybrid, 40% (or two days) in one of our office hubs mentioned above.

Your key accountabilities will include:
Leading a team of interaction design analysts who support our and business and marketing teams to design and implement brilliant customer lead experiences and communications served through our digital, e-mail, SMS & DM channels.
Supporting and coaching the team through our data migration transformation moving from on-premises data warehouse to GCP data model and architecture.
Using your technical and analytical skills to find opportunities, engage customers with relevant and timely messages and nudges through our core channels
Contribute to and develop a Platform wide analytical community to establish and integrate guidelines.
Establishing strong relationships with a broad range of business and technical partners from across the organisation.
About you
Demonstrable experience in a leadership role in the data & analytics domain with experience delivering transformation and change.
Demonstrable understanding and experience using Martech automation tooling such as e.g. Teradata CIM, Adobe Campaign, PEGA CDH.
A strong background in SQL with the ability to write, optimise, and troubleshoot complex queries and experience in Google Cloud Platform (GCP) & Big Query.
Experience with A/B testing or experimental design.
Experience at applying the right advanced analytics techniques to solve business problem.
An ability to translate complex analytical outputs into clear and compelling stories that strategically influence.
Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with a wide range of collaborators, both technical and non-technical.
An understanding of JIRA and Confluence is a nice to have but not crucial.
Strong business sense with a good understanding of all aspects of financial services.
