  • JOB TITLE: Implementation Assistant

  • SALARY: £30,609

  • LOCATION(S): Watford

  • HOURS: Full-time

  • WORKING PATTERN: Our work style is hybrid, which involves spending at least two days per week, or 40% of our time, at our Watford office.

What you’ll need

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • High level of competence in using MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc)

  • An effective collaborator

  • An ability to work well under pressure and to deadlines and a team player

  • A proven ability to plan and prioritise workload

  • Self-motivated, driven, strong attention to detail with a flexible approach

And any experience of these would be really

  • Experience of working effectively with Business Development Managers, Implementation Executives & Account Development Managers to provide support during the onboarding process and post launch.

  • Manage credit requests with the funder. Uploading signed contractual agreements to Back Office for the business to access when required.

  • Raise and manage contractual agreements internally and externally. Management of vehicle novation’s

  • Set up internal systems as per the customers’ requirements and produce bespoke Process Maps for each customer

  • Manage motor insurance setup with broker and accident management company

  • Supporting with various projects for the business within the sales support area
