WORKING PATTERN: Our work style is hybrid, which involves spending at least two days per week, or 40% of our time, at one of our office sites.

Job Summary:

As an Integrator in our Modern Workplace team, you will enable seamless and timely delivery within a Lab environment by managing integration activities across internal teams and external stakeholders. Working closely with the Product Owner, to provide integration of Lab backlog and sprint plans. Manage dependencies, facilitate interlock with external parties, and proactively identify and resolve delivery blockers. Ensuring alignment on integration requirements and supporting successful execution of change.

In this role, you will be supporting the delivery of workplace transformation initiatives. Playing a pivotal part in ensuring seamless integration across multiple teams and suppliers, enabling safe and efficient delivery of technology and workplace change.  You’ll act as the glue between business and technology, coordinating dependencies, managing change, and supporting governance activities. You’ll work closely with Product Owners, Engineering Leads, and external partners to keep complex initiatives on track and aligned to our strategic goals.

Day to day you’ll:

  • Work with stakeholders outside of the Lab to ensure interlock to enable the lab to deliver at pace.

  • Manage high-risk implementations requiring integration between multiple parties (internal/external) to ensure safe delivery.

  • Develop the sequence, plans and prioritises integration related tasks in collaboration with the PO, EL and aligned to the Lab backlog (includes technical integration tasks).

  • Coordinate the integration process and / or implementation events across shared infrastructure (e.g. Upgrading the Mainframe), coordinating parties to get the change over the line.

  • Enable the delivery of technology risk and control improvements.

  • Work with Lab teams to deliver outputs against agreed sprint plan.

  • Proactively monitors, troubleshoots and collaborates with Feature Team colleagues to diagnoses technical issues and/or blockers to delivery.

  • Catalogue and manages dependencies between the lab and other teams.

  • Provide support (not content) for governance activity owned by the Product Owner, e.g. PRIA, for change across multiple labs.

  • Act as interface between the supplier (3rd Party) and key business stakeholders.

What you’ll need

  • Agile Methodology & Tools: Ability to manage complex change within a business area through experience of agile teams and build excitement around agile ways of working. Experience in support the stand-up of new agile teams, providing coaching and advice, and sharing experience on the most appropriate methods and tools to use for the specific work required

  • Relationship Management: Capable of developing and improving key relationships to build consensus and improve delivery of change outcomes. Using experience to manage conflicting priorities by facilitating discussion and resolution, persuading key individuals or groups to consider alternative views.

  • Planning, Tracking, Reporting & Governance: Proven capability in communicating regular status updates to key stakeholders and resolving high priority issues affecting delivery. Experienced in managing critical risks/issues/dependencies arising out of Status Reporting and agile meetings, takes ownership for critical issues and ensures resolution within agreed timescales

  • Collaboration: Experienced at building professional relationships and networks with people in or outside the team as part of day-to-day work. Understands differences between people and seeks opportunities to work collaboratively across boundaries (e.g., with different teams, business areas, cultures etc.).

  • Values & Behaviours: Is future focussed, able to communicate positions that align with the overall Group Strategy. Finds solutions, not problems. An early adopter of change and drives transformation at pace with a growth mindset. Works with integrity and promotes a collaborative and inclusive environment.
