  • JOB TITLE: Senior Finance Analyst
  • SALARY: £29,460
  • LOCATION(S): Bristol
  • HOURS: Full- time – 35 hours - 12 month Fixed term Contract  
  • WORKING PATTERN: Our work style is hybrid, which involves spending at least two days per week, or 40% of our time, at one of our office sites.

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and hardworking candidate to provide support to management, positively challenging current processes and encouraging a growth mindset across the team.

This role sits within the Insurance Financial Control team in Group Finance Support, who are responsible for the financial control activity, primarily Month End close activity, reconciliation, controls and attestation of Finance data, within Lloyds Banking Group.

Our key collaborators are Insurance, Pensions and Investment (IP&I) Division supporting reporting across Insurance Life and Non-Life Entities.

What you’ll need

  • Experience with reconciliations and finance controls would be beneficial
  • Great attention to detail
  • The ability to multi-task, organise and prioritise work accordingly
  • Good knowledge of excel
  • Ability to challenge and be curious.
  • Can communicate well (both written and verbal) with colleagues of all levels
  • Developing personal capabilities using existing formal and informal training opportunities
