SALARY: From £39,825

LOCATION(S): Chester, Leeds or Manchester

HOURS: Full time

WORKING PATTERN: Hybrid, 40% (or two days) in an office site

Here in the Embedded Finance team, we are a start-up business unit within Lloyds Banking Group Consumer Lending and are tasked with building out propositions that solve customers’ financial needs, when and where they are.

What you will be doing

  • Work closely with teams across the business to identify the impacts of incidents/issues.
  • Communicate the nature and scale of incident/issue impacts and actions to resolve them to senior business leaders.
  • Support identification of root cause and ensure appropriate incident/ issue learning is gathered and improvement actions are agreed, tracked and delivered.
  • Maintain incident response playbooks, and support with service disruption models, journey health checks and assurance.
  • Recommend ways to improve support for operations by challenging / changing existing practices and processes.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders and act as their business partner to deliver tactical solutions.
  • Complete operational oversight through tactical processes, first occurrence validations, monitoring and control management.

What you’ll need
 

·       Self-motivated to work independently and prioritise whilst demonstrating resilience in times of challenge, seeing change as an opportunity to evolve.

·       The ability to plan, prioritise & manage diverse workload effectively

·       Effective communicator, verbally and written, with an ability to simplify complex or technical requirements whilst recognising a need to tailor interactions to the audience.

·       An understanding of customer needs and a desire to create propositions to help meet these needs, with experience of creative problem solving and innovative thinking

·       Good stakeholder management and ability to work with both internal and external stakeholders.

·       Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.  

·       Strong analytical skills and the passion to contribute to the success of our team are something we'd genuinely want to see in any applicant.
